Billing cycle

All plans are billed monthly on the date of first purchase. Annual plans receive a 2-month discount (10 months billed, 12 months active).

Upgrading a plan

Go to Dashboard → My Services → Upgrade. Upgrades are instant and pro-rated: you only pay the difference for the remaining billing period.

Adding payment methods

Supported methods: Visa/Mastercard, PayPal, SEPA Direct Debit, and selected cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, USDT). Go to Billing → Payment Methods to add one.

Cancellation & refunds

Cancel any time from your dashboard. Services remain active until the end of the paid period, and every plan is covered by the 7-day money-back guarantee.

Note: Enable auto-renew to avoid service interruptions. You'll receive a reminder email 7 days before your renewal date.
