Reporting abuse
To report spam, attacks, phishing, illegal content, or copyright infringement originating from our network, email abuse@lastrahost.com with: the offending IP or URL, timestamps with timezone, relevant logs or evidence, and your contact details.
What happens next
Every report gets a tracking reference within one business day. Verified urgent abuse (active attacks, phishing, CSAM) is actioned immediately; other reports are investigated within 72 hours and forwarded to the customer where appropriate.
Copyright (DMCA-style) notices
Include identification of the copyrighted work, the infringing URL on our network, a good-faith statement, your signature, and contact information. Counter-notices from customers follow the same route.
