Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: July 2026 · This is a template — have it reviewed by a qualified lawyer before launch.
1. Purpose
This policy protects our network, our customers, and the wider internet. It applies to every service and to everyone you allow to use your service.
2. Prohibited content & activity
You may not use LastraHost services to host, distribute, or facilitate: illegal content of any kind; child sexual abuse material (zero tolerance — reported to authorities immediately); malware, botnets, or phishing; copyright-infringing distribution; spam or bulk unsolicited email; network attacks, port scanning of third parties, or IP spoofing; cryptocurrency mining on shared or game plans; and content that violates the laws of [JURISDICTION] or of your own country.
3. Email policy
Outbound port 25 is blocked by default on VPS plans and opened on request for legitimate, authenticated mail servers with valid rDNS.
4. Resource fairness
Plans include the resources advertised. Sustained abuse of shared components (disk I/O, network) that degrades other customers may lead to throttling after notice.
5. Game server rules
You are responsible for complying with each game's own terms (e.g. Cfx.re terms for FiveM, Mojang EULA for Minecraft) including their rules on monetization.
6. Enforcement & reporting
Violations may result in warning, suspension, or immediate termination depending on severity. Report abuse originating from our network to abuse@lastrahost.com — see the abuse reporting page.
