Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. 7-day money-back guarantee
Your first payment for any plan is covered by a 7-day money-back guarantee. Request a refund from your client area or by ticket within 7 days of the initial payment; we refund 100% to the original payment method, no questions asked. The guarantee applies once per customer per product type and excludes domain registrations, license add-ons, and setup work performed at your request.
2. EU right of withdrawal
If you are an EU consumer, you normally have a 14-day withdrawal right for online purchases. Because hosting services are provisioned immediately, at checkout you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that, once the service is fully delivered or after you use it beyond the 7-day guarantee, the statutory withdrawal right no longer applies to the delivered period. Our voluntary 7-day guarantee above is unaffected.
3. Renewals
Renewal payments are not refundable, except where required by law or under SLA credits. Disable auto-renew any time before the renewal date from your client area.
4. Cancellation & data
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. After expiry there is a 7-day grace period to renew; after it, the service and its backups are permanently deleted.
5. How refunds are paid
Refunds go to the original payment method. Card refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days; PayPal within 48 hours.
