Terms of Service

1. The agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a contract between [COMPANY LEGAL NAME — e.g. LastraHost SARL] ("LastraHost", "we") and you, the customer, covering all hosting services ordered through lastrahost.com. By creating an account or placing an order you accept these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy.
2. Services & provisioning
Services are provisioned automatically after payment confirmation. Advertised specifications (CPU platform, RAM, storage, bandwidth) are the resources allocated to your service. Deployment times are typical values, not guarantees.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate contact and billing information and keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. One person or entity per account unless agreed in writing.
4. Payment & renewal
Services renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled beforehand from your client area. Invoices unpaid at expiry lead to suspension, then termination and data deletion after the grace period described in our FAQ and Refund Policy. Prices exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
5. Your content & responsibility
You retain ownership of the data you host. You are solely responsible for its legality and for maintaining your own copies of anything critical; included backups are a convenience, not a substitute for your own backup strategy.
6. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate services that violate these Terms or the AUP, endanger the platform or other customers, or remain unpaid. Where reasonably possible we will notify you first.
7. Service levels
Our uptime commitment and the corresponding service credits are described in the Service Level Agreement. Credits are your sole remedy for availability issues.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the affected service during the three (3) months preceding the event. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or lost data beyond the backup obligations we expressly accept.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms with 30 days' notice by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION]. Consumers retain any mandatory protections of their country of residence.
